The ISWSC is dedicated to helping youngsters collect and enjoy worldwide stamps. Through the generosity of members, they are giving away free stamp packets to any child under age 17. Send a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) if you reside in the US, or an international reply coupon (IRC) if you live in another country, to help defray postage expenses. A SASE is an envelope with your name and address on it, as well as a first class stamp.
(You do not need to be an ISWSC member to take advantage of these offers.)
